Before accepting or nominating the person for any vacancy we use all possible way to evaluate his qualification by using:
- Professional test- CES Seagull Test
- Test for English language knowledge (verbal + Marlins test)
- Certification test (as per STCW 95 requirements)
- Medical fitness test
- Drug & Alcohol test
We are proud of the fact that almost hundred percent of impossibility in acceptance and boarding of candidates with the fake certificates. It has been achieved by the contractual links with the Ukrainian State Evaluation State Department that lets us get the latest and fully verified info concerning to validity of the seamen’s certificates.Our Company can employ none of candidates if the negative reference has been received from the previous employers. We dully check that before acceptance the candidate.Using exclusively prepared software makes us be able to keep dully organized records and any info can be presented to the customers promptly and trustworthy.We are always alerted and we are leading our seafarers from the beginning of the acceptance to the company’s pool till the time of their arrival to the place of boarding. This practice minimizes the chance of the failures during seamen’s preparation. - At the present time we have continuously on board the vessels of different shipowners 500 seafarers and available candidates for their substitution at shore.
- Striving for the stability the Ukrainian seamen prefer to serve for fixed Company continuously, that is why the figure of reemployment of the seamen by the shipowners is 80%.
- We have been tended of our database increasing by 600 fresh candidates yearly during the last years.
- As per our statistic the repatriation of the seamen due to breach the obligation of the contracts is 3,04%.There is sufficient number of educational establishments such as different Marine Institutes and Training centers devoted to training of marine specialists in our region.
