As a Captain I work for 13 years already. Since 1991 when the international crewing market became available for Ukrainian seamen I’ve got a lot of offers from different crewing agencies
of Ukraine to work under F.O.C.. But every time I used to come across different problems, inconveniences and didn’t feel myself confident that I would have the proper and stable job.

This was of vital importance during complicated and hard voyages and the shipowner was completely satisfied with the crew’s abilities.
Now I have a permanent employment and I’m pretty sure that as soon as I declare my readiness I’ll get the job straight away.
